What counts as an AI deep analysis?
Each time you run a deep analysis on a property listing, it counts as one analysis. This includes AI-powered valuations, comparable sales research, rental yield calculations, and investment recommendations. Scanning and importing properties does not count.
Can I change or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings page. Changes take effect immediately, and you'll be billed proportionally.
What happens when I hit my monthly limit?
You can purchase additional analyses for $2.5 each, or upgrade to a higher plan. Your limit resets on the 1st of each month.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes! Annual billing saves you 15% compared to monthly. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
